Ƙananan cututtuka da kuma IBS
Mutane da yawa masu fama da cutar ta IBS suna bayar da rahoto game da wasu alamun cututtuka da ba su da alaka da cututtukan zuciya - likitoci suna kiran karin alamar cututtuka . Hanyoyin

Jiyya

Dole likita ya buƙaci kula da lafiyar lafiyarka sosai kuma yayi aiki don samar da wani shirin maganin lafiya wanda ke magance dukan kukan jikinka. Ganin mayar da hankali akan ayyukan da ke magance jiki a matsayinsa na iya tabbatar da taimako.
