Fenugreek ( Trigonella foenum-graecum ) wani tsire-tsire ne wanda aka girma a yankunan kamar Amurka ta Kudu, Asiya, da Gabas ta Tsakiya. Kwayoyin shuka suna yawan ƙasa sun zama cikin foda kuma an dauki su a matsayin matashi ko kuma sunfa abinci.
